Foundrverse is a co-founding studio that may provide evaluation, advisory, product, team, go-to-market, funding, or related support. Any engagement, equity arrangement, paid service, or deliverable will be governed by a separate written agreement.

We do not guarantee acceptance, funding, traction, investment returns, business success, or any particular outcome from an application or service.

3. Applications and submissions

Submitting an application does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, fiduciary relationship, or obligation for Foundrverse to respond or accept you. We may review, verify, retain, and contact you about the information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that your submission is yours to share, does not infringe another person's rights, and does not contain confidential information you are not authorised to disclose. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups and protecting sensitive business information.

4. Paid services

Where paid services are offered, prices, taxes, scope, payment terms, refunds, milestones, and cancellation rights will be stated in the applicable proposal, order, or separate agreement. No paid service is created solely by browsing this website or submitting the application form. Payments must not be made through an unverified link claiming to represent Foundrverse.

5. Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials provided by Foundrverse are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

You retain rights in materials you submit. You grant Foundrverse a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, review, reproduce, and use those materials only to operate, evaluate, and deliver the relevant services. Any ownership or licence relating to a jointly developed product will be set out in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Before filing proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the concern in good faith.
